Working livestock and wine farm in a picturesque corner of the Swartland,
Sprawling Swartland farm on the slopes of the mountain with brilliant views of the valley beyond.
The farms boasts two main dwelling, of which one is in the Cape Dutch style. Other buildings include a primary school, ten laborers' cottages, two steel sheds, one walled shed and a piggery.
Water is generated through five boreholes with two dams being used as storage capacity. There are also some old horse stables. On the farm, there are vineyards and grazing, ideal for horses and cattle.
