This is an occasion worth noting. Not one, but two beautiful houses for sale together. The one is a fully-furbished guesthouse and the other, found right next door, is a stunning three bedroom home with two domestic quarters. We are going to start this worded tour at the house first and progress to the guesthouse just after.
Down the short driveway and past an entrance patio you find the front door. Through it you can either head left to a coat room and adjacent sitting lounge; straight ahead to the outside; and to the right. We head right.

If you were to follow the outline of house you would come across a braai area and patio. This space is accessible from the entrance area.
The guesthouse is found a little way off, ensconced by trees. With seven bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, you will have enough space to accommodate guests from all around the world.
Through the front door you are greeted by the warm entrance area where you also find the office. From the entrance area you can either head upstairs or stay on the ground floor.
In short, up the stairs you find five bedrooms. Four of the five bedrooms open up onto a balcony that has fantastic views of the Paarl Valley. The large trees gently swaying in the breeze offer respite from the warm summer heat.
Just off the entrance area to the right you find a further two more bedrooms and a guest toilet. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the garden and an established stoep with views of the garden and the mountains in the distance. The garden also leads to a large swimming pool.
Straight ahead from the office is a large lounge. Hidden away off the lounge is a large kitchen with scullery/washroom. From here you can gain access to a small courtyard.
Off the lounge down a few stairs you find a large dining room complete with bar and a door that leads to an outside braai found on a balcony.
Words don’t do this property justice. The sheer beauty of the tall trees framing the mountains in the distance can’t be described quite the same way as experiencing the splendour in person.
